We brought a vision for a restaraunt from our sketch to their reality.

This was a gut renovation of an existing barbershop in the heart of Jackson Heights, only a block away from Jackson Heights subway station, into a boutique and unique Nepalese cafe. Since then, the café has captured the heart of many and attention of the local community.

Beyond Building Inc. worked with the owner on the intricacies of the design. The owner first came to us with an idea expressed in words. Beyond Building Inc. looked at the constraints set by the DOB expeditor then combined that with our careful listening of the client’s desires and provided them a vision in the form of a drawing.

Beyond Building Inc. designed and created custom tables, reception tables, coffee making furniture by carefully working with our client and understanding the function of each item needed to run a successful café. We adhered to local laws relating to dimension in our design while maximizing the functionality without losing sight of the aesthetic. Then we executed the design in construction. Working as an all-in-one package Beyond Building Inc. was able to help our client quickly finish the project, and ahead of schedule. This way, the client was able to capitalize on the rent deals made with the landlord as Beyond Building Inc. understand business owners must prioritize schedules as part of their business plan.
