Design for Restaurant

This project was spearheaded by a collaboration between two well-known New York City restaurateur entities. Beyond Building Inc. was asked to be on the project as the designer as well as the constructor. With our staff experiences previously in Architecture and Interior Design, Beyond Building Inc. put together a set of technical drawings with renderings that helped one stakeholder to attract the other. We then executed the project based on those drawings. Step by step, Beyond Building Inc. updated the drawings as we encountered issues and we were able to have quick turn around updates on the design.
The project was in construction phase. Since then, the project has been put on hold due to the collaborating restauranter’s own internal restructuring.
