This project is the gut renovation of two existing office
buildings in Mineola and integrate them into the new home for the Jesus Baptist
New York Church. The scope of this project is nearly 7,000 sq ft and encompassed
many trades necessary for a new commercial building. Beyond Building Inc. managed
many trades and fostered a relationship with the local community leaders, as
well as the project Architect and Engineers – CX Consulting, to help the Church
have a smooth ride for such a complicated commercial project that included a
state of the art Lift coming from Sweden as wells as the newest HVAC models
from Mitsubishi.
