The Boil - Astoria

This was a gut renovation to bring the beloved New York restaurant, The Boil, to the heart of Astoria for hip new young crowd. Beyond Building Inc. originally started working with The Boil for their third location in the heart of Jersey City. The renovation here demanded a lot of effort in its size.  

Beyond Building Inc. worked together with the The Boil on the intricacies of his design. Without a need for an interior design plan or drawing, we were able to communicate to create this beautiful final product. Beyond Building Inc. learned a lot from each other in the process.  The whole team honored the Irish pub that was here before by salvaging and refinishing some of their carpentry while also modifying other hip salvaged furniture and design items brought in from the Owner.
