If you visited Xeo Cantina on a regular day you might have run into celebrities dressed down for a casual late lunch. This was a gut renovation of an existing restaurant space in BoBeyond Building Inc.ry – Noho. The minds behind The Boil brought an fusion of Mexican and Vietnamese cuisine to this hip spot.

Beyond Building Inc. worked with Interior Designer Karen Lore of Karen Lore Inc. while also managing some design changes and ideas brought on by the Owner themselves in a moment’s notice. Beyond Building Inc. fostered communication to ensure both sides are understanding before the work is done so that all stakeholders can accurately understand the outcomes. Beyond Building Inc. even inputted our own design and fabrication of some of the furniture’s themselves. From the double banquet seaters to the sauce cabinet to cutting the entire bar table down by 8 inches, Beyond Building Inc. perform lots of specialty carpentry in this project.
